The day I realized a flagship modeler like the Line 6 Helix is loaded with signal routing capabilities I knew I needed one in my studio. But it didn't stop there. The Fractal FM9 arrived and then the Quad Cortex. Both great devices but Line 6 has this aura about it. They set the bar. They set the template. Sorry Kemper. It took me 9 years in the Helix's history before I finally got one. So when the Helix Stadium was announced I knew I had to get one as soon as possible. Well, being a Youtuber does have its perks. I reached out to Yamaha Canada and they gladly set me up with the brand new Helix Stadium XL Floor the day it was released. I will be part of history baby! So this time I'm in early. The plan: Configure it as the main recording hub for my studio. That means it would be the principle audio interface, signal router and re-amper for my myriad of tube amps. I even set up a cool preset for voice overs. This bad boy was taking over EVERYTHING! The matrix mixing feature makes it a great monitor controller too. I used it everyday for 60 days. And not a day sooner did I start making a video about it. No first day review when I had no idea how the f@@k this thing worked. I took my time to learn it and get comfortable with it. I don't use all it has to offer. I use it in a way that suits my workflow. So here it is----> MY FIRST 60 DAYS WITH THE HELIX STADIUM XL
